Hi, I’m Debbie
I’m a BACP Registered integrative therapist with 10 years of experience working with individuals and couples, specialising in relationships, anxiety, depression, loss and bereavement.
My background working in music, marketing and entertainment has given me a wonderful grounding in connecting with people from many different walks of life. Working as a therapist for over a decade has deepened my appreciation of the rich tapestry of cultures, perspectives and talents which make us all unique. This informs my respectful and empathic approach to each individual client.
I understand
As a therapist and fellow human, I have some experience of how life’s complexities can impact our physical and emotional wellbeing.
As part of my own training, I embarked on finding a professional with whom I could attempt to understand and explore my own history and this has fundamentally helped to shape the person I am today. I understand and empathise with the experience of being a client.
One of my favourite things about being a therapist is that I am always learning new things about myself and others and connecting the dots of what it means to be human!
Get to know me
I offer therapy in a way that incorporates my lived experiences - grounded, open and honest.
